Keep your number when you move to Lebara Mobile

Unlocking Handset

On inserting the Lebara Mobile SIM into your phone, if one of the following messages appear on your screen, this indicates that your mobile phone is locked to another network:

 

SIM Card Not Accepted

Enter Restriction Code

Enter Special Code

Enter Subsidy Code

Enter Subsidy Password

Contact Service Provider (Motorola's)

Invalid SIM

Incorrect SIM

SP Locked

 

To resolve this, contact the service provider that the Mobile Phone is locked to, usually this would be the network of the SIM you were using prior to Lebara Mobile. Generally the Mobile phone will be network locked to one of the following providers.

 

Telstra: 125 111   Optus: 133 937
Three Mobile: 133 320  Virgin Mobile: 1300 555 100
Soul: 13 34 44    M8: 1300 888 401
AAPT: 13 88 86  SIM Plus: 1300 764 844
